Digital Program Manager (Germany)

At Dignify, we're looking for an experienced Digital Program Manager who thrives in complex digital environments and enjoys bringing structure, alignment and momentum to large-scale digital initiatives.

You'll take the lead on a strategic digital transformation engagement for an international organization based in the Stuttgart region (Germany). Working closely with both business and technology stakeholders, you'll help shape and drive digital initiatives that have a tangible impact across multiple markets.

What you'll do

As Digital Delivery Manager, you'll take ownership of a broad range of digital initiatives and play a key role in delivering sustainable business value.

Your responsibilities include:

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead complex digital transformation programs from planning through delivery.

• Manage project governance, budgets, risks and stakeholder alignment.

• Facilitate steering committees, workshops and decision-making processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful execution.

Digital Delivery & Agile Leadership

• Drive Agile delivery processes and continuously improve ways of working.

• Guide sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and delivery tracking.

• Write and refine requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate testing, acceptance and release activities.

International Rollouts

• Prepare and coordinate launches in new markets.

• Align business, IT and external partners on rollout readiness.

• Manage localization, testing and go-live activities.

• Monitor progress and ensure smooth market introductions.

Partner & Vendor Management

• Build strong relationships with implementation partners and technology vendors.

• Evaluate proposals, monitor deliverables and manage escalations.

• Ensure quality, timelines and contractual commitments are met.

• Support commercial and strategic decision-making.

Governance, Quality & Optimization

• Ensure platform stability, security, compliance and accessibility.

• Support digital strategy and roadmap development.

• Identify improvement opportunities and technical optimisation initiatives.

• Act as a trusted advisor across business and technology teams.

Who you are

You don't need to tick every box, but you'll likely recognise yourself in the following:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, digital delivery or project leadership.

• Strong understanding of digital platforms, software delivery and Agile methodologies.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, teams and external partners.

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to bring structure to complex environments and keep initiatives moving forward.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Digital platforms, CMS or e-commerce environments.

• Marketing automation ecosystems.

• International rollouts and multi-country implementations.

• Vendor and contract management.
