We’re looking for a Director Commercials & Strategy to help us grow the business by proactively approaching potential clients, being their trusted advisor, and designing strategies to address their needs.
The Challenge
Business Developer
- Leverage an established and extensive professional network to drive business opportunities and foster organizational growth.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Translate client needs into compelling proposals that address their challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Defend proposed strategies and plans, effectively integrating client feedback.
- Negotiate and close deals to ensure mutual success and satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to secure high satisfaction, consistent quality, and long-lasting collaborations.
Strategic Consultant
- As a strong strategic thinker, you understand the customer-related challenges of your clients.
- You design the strategies needed to address your clients’ challenges. In this process, you integrate the expertise and experience of your colleagues at all entities of the Customer Collective Group.
- You continue to enhance the offering and strategic market positioning of the Dignify value proposition (e.g., specializations in certain technologies, UX trends like accessibility, or innovative applications of Marketing Automation and AI).
- You design the concrete action plans to realize the defined strategies.
Trusted Advisor to CMOs and CIOs
- As a provider of solutions and services, building a trusted relationship with your client is key. This relationship is built on digital product expertise and trust.
- You develop a strong relationship with the client, focused on long-term collaboration and trust.
- You are a great listener, allowing your client to open up and share their challenges.
Profile Description:
We are looking for a driven and pragmatic professional with a strong "no-nonsense" mentality—someone who thrives in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. You bring proven experience and a genuine affinity for the digital landscape, covering areas such as data analytics, artificial intelligence, marketing automation, CRM systems, and web platforms.
